(Caleb speaking) My Mom is at a retreat, so I’m taking over in the kitchen. This Tuesday I’m making Chicken Tacos. (family favorite)

First you need: Salsa, 1 package of Taco seasoning, Chicken breasts and of course a crockpot.
Directions:
First put the frozen chicken in the crockpot. Then sprinkle the Taco seasoning on the chicken.
Next get the salsa and pour about 16 ounces across all the chicken. At least half of the salsa should be gone from a 32 oz. bottle.
Finally, put the crockpot on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 4 to 6 hours.
After you wait for like 6 hours get two forks and shred it up.
We also had lots of juice in ours. If yours is like that I would scoop the juice out with a grease sucker or a spoon.
You’ll want cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and basically anything you like on tacos.
After that you can serve it with chips or (what we prefer) – in a tortilla 🙂
Looks delish, Caleb! Tweeted!
I shared this on Facebook. When you’re here next month, you HAVE to make it for us! Deal? Deal!!
